Corporate Sponsors Email Melissa Graves at the Platinum hotel for reservations.  The rate will be $93 per night.  Reserve your room no later than October 9 by emailing melissagraves@lvplatinum.com.  Transportation to campus will not be provided.

Student rates will be packaged with registration and will include double occupancy in UNLV Conference Housing and NSMH Regional Conference Registration. The total cost per Western Regional Conference registrant will be $120.  The deadline for registering at the packaged rate is October 19.  If you don’t register by October 19, please register on-site at a rate of $70 and you will have to find your own housing.

You will be able to select your own roommate via the Official NSMH Roommate Form.  The form must be emailed back to lnewman@nsmh.org no later than Oct 19.  You will receive the roommate form upon registering for the conference.  Please check with your selected roommate prior to putting their name on your form.  They must also put your name on their form.  Any duplicates or discrepancies will result in NSMH placing you in a room with another NSMH member of the same gender.  Anyone who chooses not to submit a roommate form will be placed in a room with another NSMH member of the same gender (the ultimate networking opportunity).  Check-in will be Friday, Oct 28 and check-out will be Sunday October 30.  Any student who plans to arrive before Friday is welcome to stay at the Platinum Hotel (reservation details above).
